1) M1831 French Artillery short sword measuring 25" overall with a 19" double edged blade marked near the hilt " GOULAUX FRERES 1832 " & " KLINGENTHAL ". solid brass hilt & no scabbard. 2) M1831 French Artillery short sword measuring 28 1/2" overall with a 22 1/2" single edged blade with a worn manufacturers mark near the hilt. Solid brass hilt with a brass mounted leather scabbard. 3) 1830 style French used Infantry enlisted saber measuring 31" overall with a 25 3/4" blade marked near the hilt "PACHOLEK BUDAPEST" & "1 / 1155 ". Solid brass hilt and no scabbard. 4) 1830 style later French Infantry enlisted saber measuring 29" overall with a 22 1/4" unmarked blade. Solid brass hilt and a leather scabbard. 5) French M1833 Naval cutlass measuring 33 1/2" overall with a 26 1/2" blade marked on the spine "Manufre- R=ale deChatellerault Aout 1838 ". Iron cup hilt with faceted grip and brass mounted leather scabbard. CONDITION: all swords show light to moderate wear except as noted. the cutlass has many dents to the cup. (02-26646/BF).
